HTRS 2025 is an exclusive, in-person event offering attendees the opportunity for face-to-face engagement and direct idea exchange with peers and mentors in a team-focused setting. For those seeking a virtual option, session recordings will be available for purchase post-meeting.

REGISTRATION DESK
Visit the Registration Desk (first floor Atrium) to pick up your name badge and conference materials. Each atendee must pick up their own name badge โ group pick up is not allowed.

Name badges are required to access scientific sessions and ancillary events. If you do not have your name badge on, you will not be admited. Make sure you have your name badge when you leave your hotel room for the day!

Security guards will be staffed during the day and overnight, they have the authority to deny entry to anyone without the proper badge and required registration.
