Topic: " "Platelet Perils in Pregnancy: What is the differential for thrombocytopenia in pregnancy and how do we optimally manage?"


Case Details: 27yo female at 20 weeks gestation presenting with profound thrombocytopenia with platelets 1K. Her history is notable for obstetric APLA and ITP during a prior pregnancy.
